Our Management Team

In addition to the Managing Director and
Executive Director, the key management staff of the Company
include:

Andrew Otike-Odibi: –
Andrew joined the service of the Company in December,
1998 as a Senior Manager in our Port Harcourt Office.
Due to hardwork and dedication, he rose to become
General Manager, Business Development. Prior to joining
the company, Andrew was a Branch Manager with Diamond
Bank Ltd. Port Harcourt. He holds an MBA. He has
attended a number of local and overseas courses. He is
currently an Executive Director in the company

Collins David-Ikpe: -
Collins joined the service of the Company as a Financial
Controller in June 1993. Due to hardwork and dedication,
Collins rose to the position of General Manager,
Corporate & Financial Services a position he held till
May 2007 when he became General Manager, C &I Capital.
He is a Chartered Accountant who holds an MBA from the
University of Lagos. Prior to joining the company,
Collins worked with All states Trust Bank ltd (now
defunct). He is currently the MD CItrans Global Limited.

Godfrey Ugwuegbu:
Godfrey joined the company in September, 2007 as
Managing Director, C & I Motors (a subsidiary of C & I
leasing). Prior to joining the company, Godfrey worked
with Mandilas Motors Limited. He has over a decade
experience in the automobile industry.

Stella Okolo: –
Stella joined the service of the company as a Client
Service Executive in August 1991 She holds a B.Sc.(Hons)
and an MBA. Due to hardwork and dedication she later
became Head, Logistics and Outsourcing services, a
position she held till October 2007 when she became
Head, WAP Distributions Limited ( a subsidiary of C & I
leasing). Stella holds an MBA. Prior to joining the
company, she worked with the 3C Organization.

Maureen Ogbonna: –
Maureen joined the service of the Company in October,
2000 as Manager, WAP Ltd. She holds a first degree in
Ind. Chemistry. Prior to joining the services of the
company she worked with SCOA as AGM Trading Import
Division. Maureen was Manager, Finance Lease up until
August 1, 2008 when she became Group Head, Finance
Lease, the position she currently holds.

Ayo Taire: - Ayo
joined the service of the company in April 2008 as
Finance Controller. Prior to joining the company, Ayo
worked with Akintola Williams Delloite Touche, Bouygues
Nig Ltd and Cegelec Nig. Ltd. He holds an MBA in Banking
& Finance and is a Chartered Accountant

Chi-Chi Chike-Cole: -
Chichi joined the service of the company in 2001 as
Manager, Human Resources. Prior to joining the company
she was with GSM Centre as the HR Manager. She holds a
Masters Degree in Public Administration. With a working
experience spanning over 15 years, Chichi was the
country Manager for Hertz Car Rental, and in August
2008, She rose up to the position of Group Head, Fleet
and outsourcing.

Emmanuel Olaegbe:
Emmanuel joined the service of the company in May 2002
as Human Resources & Admin Officer. Prior to joiniing
the company, he was with Anthony Adeoye & co. He holds
an MBA. In 2004, he became the acting manager, Human
Resources a position he held till October 2007. In the
company’s practice of having staff get a feel of the
job, he was transferred to the Outsourcing Unit as the
head of the unit in October 2007 till now.

Emele Onuoha: Emele
was employed in 2001 as an Accountant. Prior to joining
the services of the company, he worked with Ginitrade
Limited as an accounts / admin manager. Emeles a
chartered accountant, and an associate member of the
Nigeria Institute of Management. He currently heads the
Internal Control unit.

John Usuanlele: John
joined the service of the company in 2001 as a computer
analyst. Prior to joining the company he worked with
Maji Consultant as an IT Consultant and audit trainee.
He holds B.Sc. degree in Applied Science and a PGD in
computer science. John has over eighteen years
experience, working in various companies. He currently
head’s, information Technology Unit.

Ruth Nosamu: Ruth
joined the service of the company in 2003. Prior to this
she was with Love Inspirations Limited as a project
officer. Ruth holds a Higher Diploma in Town Planning.
She had a stint in the Human Resources Unit before her
transfer to Head, the Admin unit. She is a Certified
Management Consultant (CMC).

Osahon Osa: Osahon
joined the service of the company in April 2007 as an
Assistant Manager. Prior to joining the company, he
worked with Intercellular Telecommunications. He is
armed with a degree in Business Management with a Major
in Banking and Finance as well as Mastery in Human
Resource Management. He Heads the Human Resources Unit.

Joshua Topa Aliu:
Joshua joined C & I as the unit head of Corporate Lease
Rentals,
Port Harcourt Branch in may 2001. He rose to the
position of manager Rental Services in 2005.
He is an associate; Certified Institute of Cost
Management, Nigeria and Institute of Credit
Administration. Joshua started his career with Pelfaco
Ltd. PortHarcourt as an accountant in 1994 and
left in 1998 as head, Management Accounting to join
Faitmark Ltd PortHarcourt as head, Credit & Marketing.
He is currently Manager Rental Services, PortHarcourt.

Christian Chigbundu:
– Christian, joined the service of the Company in April,
2002 as a credit officer in the then Logistics unit, as
a result of hard work and dedication, he rose to the
rank of Assistant Manager, Logistics.
At various times he was Financial Accountant &
Management Accountant. In accordance with our policy on
Job rotation, he was transferred to Hertz Car rentals as
head, operations in June 2007, In August 2008; he rose
to become Acting Country Manager, Hertz Car Rentals.
Christian holds an MBA and is a chartered accountant.
