- We monitor all our sales agent’s performance monthly, analyze same and conduct quarterly performance appraisal.
- We congratulate the highfliers identified through the performance appraisal via text and a commendation letter.
- Poor performance is also handled very professionally. SMS is usually sent for poor performance and all required support to perform on the job including training (on – site and e – learning) provided.
- Poor performers are also engaged and counselled to identify their challenges and provide them support via product trainings, relocation or other incentives based on the identified challenge to bring about better performance.
- Consistent non-performers at the end of the second quarterly appraisal will have their contracts terminated.
- We partner with our clients in participating in yearly sales conference for all our agents.
- The agents who are consistent highfliers are called out for recognition at any available event and rewarded with gifts to encourage them and others to strive towards being consistent in achieving/exceeding their set targets.
- Our staff have measurable contributions to the sales value & volume expansion of our client business.
- Quarterly village meetings are held for continued staff engagement with the goal of performance optimization.
- All lines of communication (WhatsApp group platform, bulk SMS, customer care lines, etc) are always constantly open to all our staff .
