Mr. Ugoji Lenin Ugoji holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, and an MBA in Banking & Finance from the ESUT Business School, Enugu. He is also a Chartered Pension professional, and an associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. Ugoji joins C & I Leasing with over 20 years experience in Commercial/Investment Banking, Leasing and Asset Management. His last assignment was with The Mellanby Trust Company, a<br /> Commodity focused Asset Management Company registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), where he was a founding Director and the Chief Investment Officer responsible for directing the company’s Investment Portfolio structure for purposes of its corporate and individual clients.<br /> Ugoji’s extensive experience in the Leasing Industry commenced in 2005 as a Pioneer member of the Aquila Capital Group where he served as the pioneer Group Head Treasury & Wealth Management. He was responsible for creating the Group’s, Equipment Leasing focused Funding and Investment structure, which was targeted at attracting Capital from Private Equity, Foreign Development Financial Institutions and Local sources.<br /> From 2010 to 2015, he served as the pioneer Managing Director for ‘Aquila Asset Management Ltd’, a Management Buy-Out firm from the Aquila Group. Prior to his time at the Aquila Group, Ugoji worked at Continental Trust Bank (now UBA) and NAL Bank Plc (now Sterling Bank) in the Treasury, International Operations and Domestic operations groups respectively.<br /> Ugoji is happily married with children. He is passionate about ideas creation, investment and deal structuring, and enjoys volunteering for laudable causes. When not at work or volunteering, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, music and photography.

Babatunde Oguntunrin joined company over a decade ago at a senior management level and he worked as Chief Operating office of a special purpose vehicle within the group and the Group treasurer of the company. During this period Babatunde has gained invaluable and relevant experience working directly with three Group Chief Executive Officers of C&I leasing Plc with excellent commendations and his passion for excellence has helped his growth within the group. He is a seasoned Professional and fellow Chartered Banker. He has his master’s degree in financial management with emphasis on Financial Accounting. His current working experience spans over 20 years in banking, Consulting, finance and operating Leasing, both local and foreign loan syndication, vessel and other large equipment financing, sales and marketing, operational and cost optimisation with emphasis on return on investment for shareholders. He has attended courses both in the country and overseas in Treasury Management, Leasing, Budgeting and Budgetary Control, International Fleet Management Programme and Category Management. He also attended the Senior Management Application Programme at the Lagos Business School (LBS), Pan-Atlantic University and institute of Director Centre for corporate Governance.

Adesoji Sunday Aiyeola is an accomplished finance executive who began his career at Babington Ashaye & Co., where he trained as an accountant. He later joined the Dangote Group, working in various capacities and rising to the position of Chief Accountant. He joined C&I Leasing Plc in August 2008 and held multiple leadership roles across the finance function. Prior to his elevation to Chief Financial Officer, he served as Head of Financial Control, where he provided strategic financial guidance that supported business expansion and<br /> improved profitability. Adesoji holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Lagos State University (LASU) and an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). A Chartered Accountant by profession, he brings over 25 years of professional experience to the group.

Mr. Ayodele Johnson Babatunde joined the company in December 2007 as a Management Accountant. Before joining the organization, he worked in various companies including Adeyemo Ogunlowo & Co a firm of Chartered Accountants. He has over 25 years of professional experience and has held several key leadership positions in C&I Leasing Plc since joining. These include Management Accountant, Group Head Admin, Head Audit, Risk and Control (ARC) and Head, Fleet Management, and Country Manager for Hertz Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Mr. Iyke Chiobi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, operations, and strategic leadership across Nigeria and Ghana. He holds a degree in Natural Sciences and an MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (FCIPM) and an Associate of both ICAN and the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Chiobi has built a strong career in auditing, financial control, and outsourcing management, including senior positions at Elmack Nigeria Limited and C&I Leasing PLC. Since 2020, he has served as Managing Director of Leasafric Ghana Plc, where he has led the company’s successful turnaround and growth. Recognized for his disciplined, results-driven leadership style, he emphasizes accountability and effective execution. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences, and playing golf.

Ehijele Osabohien Emmanuel, FCA, is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in financial management, auditing and strategic leadership across the leasing, oil and gas and consulting sectors. He currently serves as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, where he provides strategic oversight on financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting and regulatory compliance. Known for his strong analytical expertise and disciplined approach to governance, he plays a key role in driving financial stability, operational efficiency and sustainable growth within the organization. Ehijele holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an associate member of the Chartered institute of Taxation of Nigeria and is certified in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has previously served as Finance Controller at KK Leasing Limited. Prior to this, he worked with C&I Leasing plc as Finance Manager, where he contributed significantly to financial operations and process efficiency.A results-driven and principled leader, he continues to deliver value through sound financial strategy, integrity and a commitment to excellence.

Ejemai Ahimie is the Head of Corporate Services, Facilities and Projects at C&I Leasing Plc, where he leads corporate communications, facilities oversight and strategic projects that drive operational excellence across the organization. He is a seasoned corporate services and strategy professional with extensive experience in communications, contract negotiation, logistics and corporate planning, consistently delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and organizational impact. His career spans leadership roles in diverse industries, including consulting and financial services. At Ernst & Young, he worked as a Supply Chain Management Consultant, supporting a major telecoms provider with strategic initiatives and operational optimization. Prior to that, he served as Head of Administration and Procurement at the Nigerian Exchange Group, here he directed admin operations, vendor negotiations, and compliance, achieving significant savings and efficiency gains. Ejemai holds a BSc In Economics from the University of Calabar and several certifications. An alumni of the LBS SMP program, he is passionate about building resilient corporate structures, fostering effective communication strategies and aligning operational initiatives with long-term organizational growth. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation and measurable impact.

Deborah Olubukola Taiwo is a seasoned finance and compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in treasury management, financial operations, and regulatory compliance. She joined C & I Leasing Plc in 2024 as Team Lead, Fund Application and currently serves as Acting Head of Treasury, overseeing liquidity management, investment operations and financial governance.<br /> Her career spans leadership roles including Head of Treasury & Financial Institutions, Head of Operations, and Chief Compliance Officer at a SEC-regulated asset management firm. She began her career in stockbroking, pensions and insurance.Deborah holds a Master’s in International Relations and Strategic Studies and a Bachelor’s in History and International Studies from Lagos State University. She is an Associate Member of CRMI and is recognised for her analytical strength, attention to detail and commitment to<br /> operational excellence.

Nwaeze Odiaka Frank (Jnr) is an experienced maritime and offshore operations professional with over a decade of expertise in marine operations, offshore logistics and asset management. He currently serves as Head of Marine Operations, providing strategic oversight for marine assets, contract execution and operational performance. He is known for driving efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering service excellence. He previously held roles as Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager / Quality<br /> Lead Auditor at L.T.T. Coastal and Marine Services Limited. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Statistics from the University of Benin and is<br /> certified in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditing, GMDSS, STCW and HUET.

Ifeanyichukwu Udensi is a seasoned fleet management professional with over 16 years of progressive experience in fleet operations, leasing, transport logistics and ancillary support services. A graduate of Environmental Technology (B.Tech) from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, he has built a strong track record in improving efficiency, service delivery, system automation and optimizing operational performance across leading leasing and fleet management organizations. With a solid technical foundation and a results-driven management approach, Ifeanyichukwu Udensi continues to be recognized as a valuable contributor to Nigeria’s fleet management and leasing ecosystem, poised to drive operational excellence and support organizational success.
